Every day thousands of customers and patients call these businesses either to schedule an appointment, discuss billing or handle any other urgent (or not so urgent) matter. So what happens to these calls when their offices aren't available (lunch time, closing hours, meetings)? Well we take care of them! As an answering service representative, you will receive these calls and either take a message or assist the callers by following specific procedures and prompts that you will learn during training.

You must be 18 or older to apply!
A high-school diploma or a GED is required to become a dedicated answering service representative.
Customer service experience is preferred, however not necessary.
Good typing, computer, and organization skills are required.
We are looking for people who are comfortable with multitasking and have an understanding of phone etiquette.
High intermediate to advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
Fluent Spanish is a plus!
Familiarized with technology!
Punctuality is key!
Salary: $16,000 MXN a month.
